Hi.
I really want to lose 35 lb/16kg in the next 2 months. Im 20 yr male, my height is 1.64m(which i think is the same as 5,38 Feet) and my current weight is 175.92lb / 79.8kg.
I started dieting in the middle of April and since then i lost 28 lb / 13kg. But my weight loss wasn't made with the best plan, because i started to do fad diets =/ I made the cabbage soup diet, and there were days when i only ate soup for lunch and dinner and maybe an apple in between and started to feel the side effects like dizziness and i some pain in my stomach. So i changed the diet a little bit, i continued to do the meals with the soup, but sometimes after the soup i would eat something more, but something that was low calories, but i started to eat a little bit more.
Anyway, i started to feel better and continued doing meals with soup( but not always the cabbage soup) and some other meals that weren't very high in calories and the weight continued drooping, but at a slower rate now.
Right now i keep following this type of plan, with the soups and try to keep my calories around 500/600(i know, a little low and probably stupid thing to do), but i have felt a little more pain in my leg muscles when i do bicycling and also yesterday i wasn't feeling so good and i thought it was the limited calories and types of food and some exercise taking it's toll. Could the pain in the muscles be due to muscle loss?
I want to change my diet plan and include some more things that can help me be healthier and also keep me losing weight. I don't eat fish or meat( i do drink milk and eat eggs), so what foods in especially i should include in my diet?
And is it possible to lose the 35 lb in 2(max 2 and half) months? From my calculation, i would have to lose close to 4lb/2kg a week, is that a healthy rate?
Im sorry for such a long post and thank you for taking your time to read it
