I want to build my stamina and get my body into shape

So, im 17, 5' 7", 135 lbs. And i used to be in good shape and had decent stamina but i haven't been in athletic practice for about 3 years now (change of school and other reasons). My schedule is verry odd and dont have time to visit the gym or such, and i dont have weights or any equipment at home. At the moment i have started doing about 15 sit ups and push ups every day or every other day but thats it. i have no idea about fitness at all. im not a fitness freak or obsessed to get visible muscles all over but i want to be in a bit bit above average shape. my main sport is cricket and i just finished my first season in a team which spiked my concern so any tips or any cricket specific fitness tips would be appreciated. thanks

The workouts on Sandbag Fitness can be done with little to no equipment and produce great results. Start with some of the bodyweight exercises and progress onto using an external weight (a sandbag) when you feel comfotable. The video below gives you an idea of the kind of workout that will build endurance and a moderate level of strength

ok so i know i asked this a while back now, but being out of shape kinda made me lazy so i actually just got around to my first day today and i wanted to share my results and get some feedback. so the video said"

10 Pull Ups
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
40 Squats
5 Reps

i havent gotten a pull up bar yet so i couldn't include those but here is what i did

1st Rep: 20 Push Ups, 30 Sit ups, 40 Squats
2nd Rep: 17 Push Ups, 30 Sit ups, 40 Squats
3rd Rep: 12 Push Ups, 30 Sit ups, 40 Squats

thats all i was able to do, mostly cuz of the push ups
so if i could get some feedback if thats decent, or if i need to put some serious time in every day or every other day, or whatever your feedback may be
thanks

Keep working towards the targets and then aim to get through the work quicker - and get yourself doing some pull ups (head to the park if you need to).

I would not recommend following this exclusively - I post new workouts every week on the site.
