Hello =]

Now I am fairly new to this Forum and I am not very sure where this topic will go so feel free to move it =)

Anyways, Im 15 (Turn 16 on the 15 of march) and I am 5"10 maybe taller and I wieght around 185 lbs Im not over 190! :)
So I have a boflex kind of machine thing and Im just looking for motivation I guess and some education on HOW TO lose a bit of weight exactly. I know that it takes self control and I have no problem with that.

Just possibly point me in the right direction of what I need to do for how long as many times of day?

30 jumping jacks then 40 crunches everyday something like that.

So if you need anymore info feel free to ask =D!

Thank YOUU!

The main thing is to look at what you eat , You are young and your body aint thru do ing whatit wants to do with you yet , But the right foods and the use of that bow flex along with other things should get you in the right direction and to keep you there. hope that kind of helped you feel free to ask away there are more here that can probably help you better then me .

Depends, do you have any fat on y ou? weight training isn't visibly effective unless you work off the fat too, the best thing to do is alternate weight training and cardio ( and the cardio doesn't have to be much, even just a mile run to keep your heart beat up )
for cardio, I dance, lol but anyways, to have muscle tone you gotta lose fat.
This isn't to confuse you but, keep doing the weight training because muscle burns more and more calories as you build :). It all depends on what you want to look like and then follow the 'training' accordingly
Don't forget to eat healthy! XD

They say its best not to do the same exercise 2 days in a roll and you would be best to add different exercises in there to. Are you just wanting to tone up pr lose fat and tone up to . you would really have to giv a little bit more detail before any one can give you a straight answer , Just ask away

Well I am looking to get a decent tone nothing like Body bulder type ha! No way.
Like today I alternated between Abs and just biceps and such cause Im not too sure on what else to do besides cardio.

Like someone mentioned you need to lose the fat in order to SEE the muscle. There's no such thing as spot reduction, in other words, you can't just "lose" the lose handles by targeting them with ab work. With the right eating habits and some good consistant cardio you'll start to drop the weight and you'll start seeing the muscle you've been toning with your weight workouts.

You can start off by elimination or cutting back on sodas, candy bars, fast foods, chips, pizza ( you get the picture) and then as time goes by start focusing more on your actual meals, on what you buy and is in your fridge etc.
HTH a little!
GOOD LUCK!
