I`ve Lost Over 50 Lbs Without Any Dieting - It Should Work For You, Too!

I`ve been here for a while now and saw so many people are struggling just like I was a few years ago...

So I would like to share the steps I followed with everyone - because I believe they work for everybody, no matter what age you are, what gender, or how much you need to lose.

The best thing is, this method is 100% natural and safe! And it is based on metabolism.

Here is what you DO NOT need to lose weight using this method:

- You do not need to spend money;
- You do not need to exercise;


- You do not need a lot of time;
- You do not need a "diet"!

All that you need is changing your eating habits bit by bit, day by day, so you not even notice it. After some time, it becomes your lifestyle, and you do not even need to maintain your best weight!

I know you do not want to change your lifestyle - because I did not want that either! I was like "What?! There is no way I`m going to change my lifestyle EVER" whenever I heard or read about it. But YOU DON`T NEED TO DO THAT! Once you start this, the weight loss ball keeps rolling and you do not notice the changes!

So, back to the topic.

To start, for the first few days, just change a few things:
- start eating breakfast, if you are not doing this now;
- drink more water (the goal is at least 10 glasses a day);
- spread the food you eat through the day now into more meals (the goal is 6 meals).

This is easy! If you change nothing just this, for one week, you should lose at least a couple of pounds - and this is for doing nothing!

Then, you can make some changes to your diet:
- Whenever hungry, eat meat, vegetables, egg meals, non starchy fruits.
- Try to lessen the amount of bread, potatoes, cheese and sweets.
- Try to lessen the amount of salt whenever possible.

Think this does not work because it`s not a "diet"? I was thinking the same way - for a few years!! And started to lose weight only when I did these simple things. It is hard to believe that losing weight might be os easy. But it really is!

I am sure anybody can lose a lot of weight by following these easy steps - there is no miracle.

I know some people might be sceptical about this, but I believe it so much, because I was trying all the never-working things for weight loss FOR YEARS, and had my weight going up and down every time. I`ve had pills and diets which helped also - but you cannot stay on them for the whole life anyway...

I am sure everybody can do this - this is easy, no matter what you think - I also thought I would be overweight for the rest of my life. But I am not anymore!

I am ready to share all the mini details with anybody if you are interested, just let me know!

I DO NOT agree with the "you don't have to exercise" part. Exercise is important not only for weight loss but also health. without exercise, losing weight is a lot slower.
 
I am not saying exercising is bad. It is good. However, I do not like exercising, and never have noticed any effects on my weight loss, when I exercise.

There are so many people who do not like exercising like me, so this way to lose weight is good for those who do not like exercising ;)
 
Exercise is good for more than just weight loss -it helps build a strong cardiovascular system -not to mention it makes your body look a lot better.

And just curious if you even bothered to read anything on this forum before posting?
 
Exercising does not mean you have to go to the gym or workout at home though...

You can just be more active! Walk more, do more shopping, use stairs instead of elevators whenever possible, etc. And this truly helps in weight loss!

that's what a lot would concider a "diet" (serious abuse of the word, I know, since diet just describes how you eat regardless of what it is). "you don't have to change anything"..." just change these things". Sorry but it's kind of common sense that you have to cut back on junk to lose weight. and yeah if you were eating crap I believe you when you say excercise wasn't giving you immediate results. But I mean yeah sure, this is the ultimate minimalist's way to lose weight at a moderate, at best, rate. I guess if you can replace "start by changing your eating habbits to include proper blanced nutrition and eliminating high (empty) calorie foods" with "you don't even have to change anything, just eat more of this and stop eating that" and it can get some people more motivated than right on. Even without the excercise eating healthier is an important start, still a good message to get out. and yes eating more frequently (but same amount) is effective to an extent.

I agree with you. This is the game of wording. But when it comes to "dieting", or whatever you call it, we all are looking for the easiest and most effortless ways to lose pounds. We choose the methods that are described in the way we would like them to be.

But we have to realize that losing weight is not possible with the push of a button. We need motivation, persistency, and the right information, to make it work.

I did share my weight loss methods here in hopes they will help more people. And I still believe they will.

So let me get this straight -- the diet consists of cutting out starches and grains and eating meat, eggs, veggies, and nonstarchy fruit (whatever that is) when hungry. I'm just trying to figure out what's new here about this diet..why is this some big special thing? Perhaps we need to hear the mini details.. Thanks for your motivation!

Yes, you get it right. And I am not calling this a "diet", because this is more a set of small changes that are added every other day or so, which lead to weight loss and healthy living.

That "something new" here is that changing your daily eating habits bit by bit, you slowly change your lifestyle, and you no longer have to worry about dieting. Because this way you lose weight, and keep it off.

I`ve been following dozens of diets, and never wanted to change myself and my habits. Changing hurts, and why should I?... So I never really kept my lost weight off, because of that. And from my point of view, I see many people making the same mistake. They just want "something that works, quickly and effortlessly". But they do not understand that for that "something" to work, they will need to stick to it for the rest of their lives. Which is probably not possible.

That is why I see this way I followed, to be very good in the long run. And I understand everybody who is sceptical or even angry - because we do not want to change, we want to lose weight just by thinking of it, which is unreal most of the time.

Just because I don't believe a word that you say doesn't mean that I'm angry. It just means that I'm not buying your BS, so-called miracle method.

Yes, you do need exercise. Even if you eat a perfect diet, without exercise, you probably won't lose weight or maintain good overall health. If I ate nothing but healthy foods, but I sat on the couch all day and did absolutely no exercise, I would probably gain weight. Inactivity contributes to weight gain and poor health.

Wrong.

Yes, you do need a lot of time. You can't just instantly lose weight in a matter of a few days. People who lose a lot of weight over a short period of time usually end up gaining all of their weight back as well. You need a lot of time so you can slowly and gradually lose weight, which is the safest and most healthy way to do so.

- You do not need a "diet"!

Eh, this is right and wrong.

You don't need a diet, in the sense of Adkins, South Beach or Weight Watchers, but you certainly need to change your diet in order to lose weight. You have to adjust the foods you eat so you can make yourself healthy. You can't eat nothing but pizza and deep fried chocolate bars and become healthy and lose weight.

Oh, and you say that you don't need to "diet", but then you say...

Why do you think I am selling here something? Is this how you do things, so just guessing from your own experience? ;)

The odd part is how you truly believe your approach is a novel one. That if you simply stop eating junk and simple carbs and substitute those foods for meat, eggs and veggies you'll lose weight. NO F'N DUH! As if we dont all already know that if you cut out junk and eat healthy whole foods you will lose weight, barring being on a plateau or have other more challenging weight loss issues. Dont you think every chubby person in America knows fatty unhealthy things are contributing to their weight problems?

You act like its so easy to just put down all the comfort foods and switch to meat, veggies and fruit. Well yeah, people on this forum try that as much as possible. No one on here subscribes to set plans that cost them any money. Mal invited you to read around the forum, and you may want to do that before you start preaching to the converted about your stellar methods that we've all known about for years already.

Just because you believe in something doesn't mean that it's real. People believe in a magical ghost that lives in the sky, but that doesn't mean it's true.

Oh, and just because people don't believe in your BS method of losing weight doesn't mean that they will stay fat. In fact, there are MILLIONS upon MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of people who have lost weight without believing in your method.

Also, the way you are typing things is exactly how a sales pitch would look if I was reading one. I should know too, because I used to work in sales for over 6 years.

Woww why is everyone so damn negative on this forum..thats all I've been seeing lately! He just gave his opinion on what worked for him and said if anyone is interested, to PM or ask him. If your not interested, dont PM or ask!

After spending time on the forum long enough, you start to notice spammers and their little games. If you read the post, you can tell it is some advertising copy and not anything real. We could be wrong, but by instinct most of us think this person is a spammer and that's why we sound negative about this person's willingness to help. I also find this person stating the obvious and then characterizing it as some novel weight loss method sort of odd.

Well first, I am not "him" :) I am a 28 year old woman. I never worked in "sales", and if I ever will, I am glad I have some good "practice" :D

You do not have to PM me for "details" - and I call "details" meal scheduling, meal preparing, healthy menu tips, great and healthy dishes, activity ideas, detox, and everything else, what helps.

I could not write a book here - so I am saying anybody can ask if they are interested. I am doing this with my good will, and if you only see it negative, then, sorry to say, but that is your problem, not mine ;)

Go for what works for you, otherwise you will have to spend your life chatting on the weight loss forums :)
