I`ve been here for a while now and saw so many people are struggling just like I was a few years ago...
So I would like to share the steps I followed with everyone - because I believe they work for everybody, no matter what age you are, what gender, or how much you need to lose.
The best thing is, this method is 100% natural and safe! And it is based on metabolism.
Here is what you DO NOT need to lose weight using this method:
- You do not need to spend money;
- You do not need to exercise;
- You do not need a lot of time;
- You do not need a "diet"!
All that you need is changing your eating habits bit by bit, day by day, so you not even notice it. After some time, it becomes your lifestyle, and you do not even need to maintain your best weight!
I know you do not want to change your lifestyle - because I did not want that either! I was like "What?! There is no way I`m going to change my lifestyle EVER" whenever I heard or read about it. But YOU DON`T NEED TO DO THAT! Once you start this, the weight loss ball keeps rolling and you do not notice the changes!
So, back to the topic.
To start, for the first few days, just change a few things:
- start eating breakfast, if you are not doing this now;
- drink more water (the goal is at least 10 glasses a day);
- spread the food you eat through the day now into more meals (the goal is 6 meals).
This is easy! If you change nothing just this, for one week, you should lose at least a couple of pounds - and this is for doing nothing!
Then, you can make some changes to your diet:
- Whenever hungry, eat meat, vegetables, egg meals, non starchy fruits.
- Try to lessen the amount of bread, potatoes, cheese and sweets.
- Try to lessen the amount of salt whenever possible.
Think this does not work because it`s not a "diet"? I was thinking the same way - for a few years!! And started to lose weight only when I did these simple things. It is hard to believe that losing weight might be os easy. But it really is!
I am sure anybody can lose a lot of weight by following these easy steps - there is no miracle.
I know some people might be sceptical about this, but I believe it so much, because I was trying all the never-working things for weight loss FOR YEARS, and had my weight going up and down every time. I`ve had pills and diets which helped also - but you cannot stay on them for the whole life anyway...
I am sure everybody can do this - this is easy, no matter what you think - I also thought I would be overweight for the rest of my life. But I am not anymore!
