The beautiful Miss_Christi. Do you really realize just how beautiful you are on the inside and outside? You are simply gorgeous.
You have to make your inner-self accountable, young lady. No amount of external support is going to work, unless you settle the inner fight within yourself that is conflicting with your desire toward your personal diet and fitness goals. More often than not, when one loses the battle toward their personal goals, it is due to not having adequate "conflict resolution" within one's self. Settle this conflict and come to terms with it, using education within diet and fitness as your guide.
The beauty of using education within diet and fitness is that "we all" can shape a program around the circumference of our personalities, strengths and weaknesses, and earn the goal we seek. You have to remember, that body doesn't really care what you know in your mind, it will operate primarily by its design intention giving you total disrespect to your personal goal you developed within your mind. It will fight you, and the lower your body fat gets, the more intense the fight.
Keeping things equal, you are probably in a position now to lose a lot of tissue more easily than you would be as your body fat lowers, and the traditional difficult spots for females began to surface ("usually" the hips and thighs, as an example), and the body intensifies its biological defenses and begins to covet its lower fat tissue stores (thinking it needs it to survive).
There are so many biological processes going on when one deficit diets, and the body hates to change (it is always trying to keep homeostasis), and when you develop a deficit diet, it solicits a major change on the inside that "contradicts" this homeostasis, and sets off a barrage of biological changes, and this is why you feel intense hunger at times, and lethargy (making you feel like not doing anything, and reducing energy expenditure, and potential metabolic slow down, to name only a two).
You assist yourself in dealing with these various "negative" biological feedback your body gives, though education. I have always said the body lies and tells the truth. In your mind, you KNOW the truth is that carrying too much body fat can be unhealthy; but the body doesn't really know this. I mean if it knew it was more healthy to carry a certain amount of fat, we all we would be in this position, and fat loss wouldn't be that difficult. I term it a "lie" when you know what is "best" and the body gives off a contradictory response to your educated truth. You see your body has a "completely" different "agenda" on this inside, and IMO, it "can" completely contradict your personal goals because of its "design intention".
Miss_Christi, you have to come to "terms" with the negative biological releases (or feedback if you will) when you create a calorie deficit to lose unwanted fat tissue. There is simply no way around this fact.
And, when one does this "naturally", I am a firm believer you fight these biological processes, through: 1. Manipulation of Diet (the types of food you eat, with an attempt to keep your blood sugar stable as possible, and an educated eye when going to the grocery store to combat cravings when they occur), and through the manipulation of fitness activities.
Step up your attitude and motivation on education on how to combat these biological responses. DO NOT run away from them; they will be waiting for you when you return. And, you will repeat this rather vicious cycle, until you "really and truly" get it.
You simply have no choice to deal with it: HEAD ON. The best "prize fighter" of all time whom wins the "ultimate fat-loss champion" belt, is one who strategically fights their personal biological responses with: EDUCATION.
You look outward to deal effectively inward. In other words, change your frame of mind about food. Learn what foods to eat and what foods not eat (that fits your personal likes) that will tend to stabilize your blood sugar (and thus lower your cravings for food, and assist you in coping better). When going to the store buying your dietary foods, go into the store with the specific intention to buy foods (low in calorie, no calorie, no sugar), that will "assist" you in the times hunger cravings get to the point it is going to lead you down the wrong path.
I could go on and on with examples and what not. But, I want you to tell me what you can do with FOOD and FITNESS ACTIVITY that can "assist" you in combating and curring your inner-conflict within you, that is making you back slide from time to time.
Take time, and lets deal with it.
A lot of persons thought me crazy (like I give a f^ck), about pushing the mind power. But, truth be told this IS where its at. You connect the brain with your biological feed back--correctly, and you win, and the rest whine.
Time to shine the light. The switch is always available. You just have to flip it on, and then you:
