Hi, I quit smoking 2 weeks ago.
I'm a 32 year old male, decided to follow a fitness program to improve my overall health as well as my lung capacity.
I'm looking for a simple exercise program to start with. I'm 1.75m height and 65kg (which means kind of skinny so some more muscle won't hurt
).
I also have a nice bike and will start cycling along with the fitness program.
Any help appreciated. Where to start in this forum to get a simple program for myself?
