I never know the answer to this one

Should i loose weight before i do weight training, am i just going to weigh more if i build muscle, can anybody help me
 
When you eat at reduced calories you will lose muscle.

You want to maintain the muscle you currently have by weight training.

And do spend some quality time reading the stickied threads around the forum this question has been asked and answered in depth..
