I need support to begin and throughout my plan

HELLO EVERYONE! I AM A 25yr old female, looking to lose weight, be healthy and feel good doing so. I weigh exactly 216.4lbs, and my ideal weight for my height is between 150-160lbs. I hate to weigh myself. I've always tracked my weight loss by jean size. so as of now im a size 11/12-13/14. i want to be a 7. i need some help and suppport. hope this forums helps me!

How active are you? Is exercise a normal part of your life?

hey.
i used to be just like u soo afraid of the scale. like i could never step on it cuz i had it in my head that just seeing the number would ruin my day and lol sometimes even lead me to eat more. but i got really serious and realized that if i really want to get serious about losing weight i have to track my progress and make sure im keeping on the right track. and thats with the scale. u dont have to weigh urself everyday once a week is good just remember why your doing this, and know that your worth more and everything you do today is going to lead you to your goals.
you can do it!!
