I need some motivation!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone!! Im getting married in less then 6 months i weigh about 175 pounds im 5'7 and only 20 years old... I had my son about lil over a year ago!! I weigh about 135 then and size 8, I wanna get back there!!!!!! thats my goal!!! so Im hoping to find friends here to help motovate me !!!!!!!!:D :D :D

hey there, my name is Emily~ We have the club thread and its pretty cool, there are also all kinds of challenges in the club challenges section~!! We are getting ready to start a November Challenge, and we are also on a "walking challenge" me and a group of friends are walking the distance from Hershey, PA to Christmas Town, USA (500 miles) and trying to do it by Christmass. All of our miles that we walk add up. We just started last week, so ur welcome to join, you should try to come over there, it will be under club challenges LEAVING HERSHEY its pretty neat, everyone on here is VERY supportive. The most supportive ppl i've met online! I hope to see you in those threads soon. Oh, and also, there is a challenge called Under The Christmas Tree Challenge, check it out too! Hope to see u soon!!! And by the way, congratulations on getting married! I know you can do this, and I hope I can help to keep you motivated :)

I find that pictures of myself that I don't like (where I look my biggest) and also photos of when I had a much slimmer figure motivate me well- I want to look like that again, and I get angry with myself when I look at the "bad" photos for not taking control of the situation.

Also try to keep in mind how you will feel on the day if you havent lost the weight -and how you'd feel if you had. I have a holiday and a wedding (only as bridesmaid!) to keep in mind and I DONT want to be this big for those occasions.
 
pockzbabbymommy; Hi,I'm new here to an there are a lot of helpfull friends on here that can help you lose your weight ,I am trying to lose 100 lbs by 7/1an doing very well I might add , just watch what you eat ,Eat 5 or 6 times a day ,drink a lot of water an move,move, move! walking , running, what ever you want just move ! Feed youself like you would your babby very carefully an the lbs will fall off ! good luck !
 
Hi there,
I am also in a little time crunch to lose about 30 pounds, I try to confirm every morning what I want to achieve and this gives me strength, I also hit the treadmill early morning and try to make it a life style .
