I need some help!

Hi Im new here...
Im 24 years old well will be 24 in June.
I have two kids aged 4 and 2.
My pregnancies changed my body completely!!!!
I used to be 49kg.... and i picked up 25 kg in those 9 mnths...
well after the first birth I lost 20....that was also because I was breasfeeding..and second time round....upto now...my daughter is 2 and i weaned her off begining of this year! and i only lost 12kg :( this time.
I want to make my goal weight at least 50kg... my height is 1.55 cm.

so here i start with my Questions!

What is my weight suppose to be???
How much do I need to lose a week/month?
What type of diet should i consider?
Are sweeteners better than sugar?
I need a good diet plan!!!

whatever you are comfortable at...

Whatever you are comfortable losing -but generally around 1 percent of your body weight a week...

What type of diet should i consider?
One that you can stick with for the rest of your life

No you don't - you need to read the stickied threads in the nutrition forum and start educating yourself about proper nutrition -(which willbe helpful to pass down to your children as well :D Sensible eating with moderate exercise will get you results.
