Ok here it goes...First off im 20years old. I have always had a pretty good metabolism. I could eat whatever i wanted to and not gain an lb of fat! I have always stayed around the 145lbs area but recently i have been putting on A LOT of weight. I have no idea why and im getting really frustrated. Im now weighing around 165-170lbs and i gained this weight in like 1week!!! It's all fat and i know that because i use to be able to see my abs but now i have a GUT! I actually have fat rolls now when i sit down and i hate how i feel right now. Its like my metabolism just turned off all the sudden. I have put on weight in my stomach area and my pec area. I am actually starting to get "man-boob's". I dont regularly work out or run anymore and i havent done that for about a year.
I have decided that I want to start working out/running now to help. I also am going to stop eating any fatty foods or junk food. But I need help. I dont know what kinda food's to not eat and types of food's that would be good for me. Also are there any type's of cardo excersices that I can do that specialize in burning off fat and getting me in shape? PLEASE HELP.....anyone?
