I need some help...

Ok, well to start things off Im 257 pounds 6"4 Male. Ive been going to the gym and ive gotta really strong but i still have all this fat in my belly area and breast area. I really need help I don't know what to eat and what to do when i excersize. Their is a family vacation to Hawaii in August and i want to be able to take my shirt off in the pool without being embarrased. I also have to do swimming in P.E in JUNE. I need to get rid of my gut and man boobs for real. Any dietary tips and excersize tips would be wonderfull!

Start slow when you first get into the game. Evaluate your diet. How much sugar do you eat? How many soft drinks do you drink? How much fast food? List the bad stuff you eat here, and we can give you some alternatives. There are a lot of people on here who are very knowledgeable about nutrition, we can get you on the right track.
 
I was not aware of how much bad stuff I was eating, it'll suprise you when you realise how bad you're eating.

#1 GET RID OF SUGAR!!!

#2 No more fast food

#3 White breads, white rice, pasta, and potato's are killers. Use whole grain breads, wild rice, wheat pastas, and sweet potatos or yams. If you do start eating these healthier choices you still need to watch how may you eat. On average to maintain yourself you should have about 300g of carbs a day. Right now I eat under 100 a day, usually under 50.

#4 Find an exercise you LIKE, it doesn't matter what it is, just do it.
