As I mentioned in my intro, I am new and am looking for some advice of what I should do. Basically I am at a size 14 now when I used to be a size 10.
Im upset because alot of my clothes don't fit anymore and I want to go back to my old self.
I don't know where to start. I'm going to get myself weighed tomorrow. For the last 5 months I have been walking to and from work. (About 2.5 miles round trip)
I try to make as many dinners from scratch, but we do have the occasional lazy burger and chips or a take away. Ive cut back on snacking the past few weeks and find this so hard to get through a job I no longer enjoy without wanting chocolate.
I have a cross trainer at home but in all honesty this hasnt had any use in well over a year.
So guys I need some advice to get my self started... point me in the right direction please.
