I searched at yahoo for some and all I can find is sprinting (which I already have) and some plyometric exercises, which I do not have because I have trouble picking good ones.I think plyometric exercises are slow twitch though, but not exactly sure. I also know that based on athleticquickness.com, isometric training (holding a resistance band or your bodyweight for a certain amount of seconds and a certain amount of reps) works fast twitch as well. I know only a couple of those exercises, but not a lot.
What are some good fast twitch exercises I can do in the weightroom? I know cardio and weightraining works slow twitch muscle fibers. A lot of people forget about fast twitch exercises and they wonder why their body is performing slower and they cannot run as fast with all the muscle they have gained from building slow twitch muscle fibers in the weightroom. Slow twitch is good for endurance, but not when you want to become faster at your sport (could be sprinting, kicking a soccer ball, throwing a football, throwing a baseball/softball, playing hockey and have the power for the speed and hitting the puck into the net, shooting or passing a basketball, etc)
