I need some advice

About 2 years ago i lost a lot of weight but gave up when i was almost done and focused on weight training which built a decent amount of muscle but the remaining fat just piled up on top of it, i haven't weighed myself or anything but i'm pretty sure it's less than 20 pounds. I want to lose this weight this summer so i can have the perfectly chiseled body with no flabby bits but i want to lose it all in about 6 weeks because that's when i'll be going back home to england and i doubt i would be working out there. I run 4 miles twice a week (3 if i have nothing to do on friday) and eat about 2000 calories a day, do you think i can lose that fat in 6 weeks? Especially since it's on my obliques, abs and chest which i've heard are problem areas. Another thing is i think some of the alleged fat on my chest is loose skin, how do i confirm this and if it is how do i get rid of it? Finally about some meals i don't eat breakfast since i have to get out of the house pretty quickly but i do have a dole 100% fruit juice every morning, can this count? And after working out do i have to eat dinner? Reason for me asking this is because i've been advised not to eat 2 hrs before i go to sleep and after working out i'm usually tired enough to go to sleep.

Thanks

Hello,

Loosing a lot of fat, in a short time period is very bad for your body. I wouldn't recommend you trying to loose the fat in 6 weeks. I think, you can loose it in five months if you want to do everything natural and healthy.

Loose skin is a very common problem, but there isn't a cure. If you really want to get rid of the skin, you need to see a plastic surgeon.

You really need to breakfast, its important for your body, because it needs energy. Try to eat some Carbohydrates before you go to work. Fruit juice contains a few simple carbohydrates, which can give you an energyboost. But those carbohydrates also turn into fat. So watch out.

Its true that you shouldn't eat before you go to sleep. At least.. No Carbohydrates or fats. So if you are really tired, take some vitamin pills and skip the meal. Tho, a good meal is important, so it would me smart for you to reschedule your life.

Weight Loss

Hi,
I am a personal trainer in the north of England. You should work of losing 2lb's per week as a healthy way of losing weight. The average female uses 2000 calories a day. To lose 2lb a week you need somewhere in the region of a 500 calorie deficit in your diet - i.e. 1500 calorie intake. You will find you lose more weight through having a breakfast as your body goes into something called starvation mode if you don't eat often enough. You will struggle to lose weight if you just run. The more aerobic running you do, the more efficent your body becomes. i.e. if you run for 30 mins for 4 weeks you may burn 300 calories per run. After 4 weeks you will only burn 250 as you will become more efficent. Try interval training instead. Keep up the weight training as this increases your metabolism so you will use more calories when you are not training. Fat burns genetically, it is impossible to say where it will go from first, only your body knows. So keep up the training and it will all go. Lastly make sure your diet is good. If you put to much crap in, that is what you will turn into. Try and keep protein, carbs and good fat in all meals.
Hope this helps.

All macros can turn into fat. Be it Carbs and protein all of which can be stored in the body as fat.

Fruits contain a sugar known as "fructose" which not cause insulin secretion.

Its true that you shouldn't eat before you go to sleep. At least.. No Carbohydrates or fats. So if you are really tired, take some vitamin pills and skip the meal. Tho, a good meal is important, so it would me smart for you to reschedule your life.

Vitamins do not contain any calories thus by no means should be or can be used as a "Meal Replacement".
In fact just "poping" Vpills when hungry can be harmful and completely pointless.

Taking In Carbs and fat before will not magically make you fat. That is a MYTH. Its about Calories in and calories out.

I don't think it should take up to five months to lose especially since with clothes on i don't look fat at all. Sucks that there's so cure for loose skin and for the first time i'm hoping it's all fat since i'm a high school student so i'm not gonna afford to go to a plastic surgeon anytime soon(if i could i'd have the chest fat surgically removed and be done with it), i swear once i saw a skin tightenening cream on some online bodybuilding store. I've started to eat breakfast (grabbing a bagel as you walk out of the door counts right?) but i can't have a snack every 2 hours because everywhere around me that i can get something to eat is packed with fat (taco bell, burger king, mcdonalds, pizza hut) apart from salads which are out of the question since i have never been willing to eat most vegetables because i've despised the taste since i was a baby. Maybe i'll buy some cereal bars, does anybody have any advice about me eating after working out?
