I need some advice please

Hi, my name is Radu. I'm a 17 yr. old male. I weight 92 kg and my height is 1.84 m. Last year i lost about 20 kg in 2 months with a weight loss pill,and yes, i know it was not healthy at all. I was happy at the beginning for losing all this weight but after the first month i felt very weak, even a walk in the park was exausting for me. I stopped. My goal is to lose weight but i would like to gain some muscle too. I have 5 months of working out at home (i went to the gym but i didnt like it because i got easily distracted). I have 2 dumbells. I start with a 3 minutes warm-up, then i start exercising. In one day i focus on othe arms (biceps triceps) and in the next day i focus on neck and back (i dont know if i said this correct - i do push-ups, raising the dumbells up while laying down and other). I do abs every day (70 in the present day in one burst - i used to divide it in 2 series but now i do them in one). I exercise theese everyday (i take a break only sunday) and i must mention that i am pushing it really hard. In 5 months i can see some differences (my arms are thicker and my biceps/triceps certainly have a shape now). Sorry for this long description, now MY PROBLEM is that i am wide in the butt area (i dont know what its called sorry) and thin in the shoulders. I have some fat in the belly but not much...the problem is the rear. I eat 4-5 meals a day - healthy ones (i think). Basically 3 meals with boiled meat and boiled vegetables (stews and stuff), and 1-2 meals with some fruits or diet crackers. I never eat after 8 pm (1-2 exceptions/month when i get home later); i never eat in fastfoods and i rarely eat any kind of sweets. I walk daily about 30 minutes (sometimes i go with friends hiking which is about 3-4 hours walking). So my problem is my rear and the legs. Whan can i do ? Please help (and sorry for this long post but some might find theese details necesary to aid me).
 
Hi Radu,

if you gain weight in this area it could be that your body is either a pituitary or gonad dominant hormone system and this will determine certain foods for you to avoid, without knowing more i would not be able to put my finger on it im afraid.

although from what you have said it sounds like you are cutting out fat too much, this is an essential nutrient - DONT BE SCARED OF IT!

what ethnic group are you? i ask as your body genetically will prefer foods that have been in your ethnic background for thousands of years! i can make a well educated guess that eating a classic weight loss diet thats ok for a british male will not work for individuals of a different ethnic background.

what do you mean ethnic group? im romanian. please be moe specific if i didnt understnd corectly.
 
Hi radu, yes that is what i meant. so if you are romainian by blood and genetics then this will largely predict what are the best foods are for your particular body type.

your body would have been used to these foods for some time and for centuries, generations etc!
