yes i do take around 2-3 min rest between sets
but the thing is if i increase the weight i wont be able to finish my workout.
and theres a reason to why my sets are pyramiding up and down, it hits more of ur muscle effectively and i find it better to do it this way cause when u are pyramiding down i can say to myself dont be scared its 5kg less than what u jus done so its gonna be easier
