Hiya K -
I hear you loud and clear. It's hard to continue to motivate yourself when you're not seeing immediate results. Motivation is a mental game and when you are busy, stressed and not feeling 100% it is easy to get caught up in those negative thoughts that ruin your confidence and prevent you from working towards your goals. The best way is to remind yourself that these things happen one step at a time - don't focus ONLY on the end result as it often has the capacity to have the opposite effect on your motivation ("that's too hard, i'll never get there....").
I don't mean to spruik, but one of the experts on my website (HelpHub.com.au) recently wrote a post about this exact topic. Click the below link to have a read:

This site also allows you to send requests to these experts (in this case, Erina Booker). You have the ability to control who you send it to, the level of detail you would like in the reply, when you need a response by and ultimately how much you pay. We call these people "online mentors" as they are there whenever they need you and on your terms. It's all private and confidential.
Damn, that did sound like a sell job at the end then. I promise it wasn't meant to be! Good luck and private message me if you have any questions!
