i need motivation

ive posted before, and i havent had any progress..i need motivation, i have alot of spare time on my hands and i tend to eat when im not busy. i want to loose 2 stone. basically i need to be told exactly what to eat during the day! ive got my debs (same thing as prom) in september and i want to look great! i have a friend who used to be 16 stone and now he is lighter than me and has had such a lifestyle change. i really need to get my act together. cant seem to stick to anything i do.
 
I understand exactly what your going through. I wake full of good intentions, then get a little bit bored and persuade myself it'll be okay to start tomorrow.

I hear you loud and clear. It's hard to continue to motivate yourself when you're not seeing immediate results. Motivation is a mental game and when you are busy, stressed and not feeling 100% it is easy to get caught up in those negative thoughts that ruin your confidence and prevent you from working towards your goals. The best way is to remind yourself that these things happen one step at a time - don't focus ONLY on the end result as it often has the capacity to have the opposite effect on your motivation ("that's too hard, i'll never get there....").
