my legs are always the place i put on weight !! I hate it, and having just had a baby 3mths ago theyre soo bad now i need help before summer! im eating a healthy low white carb and high protein diet so my diets fine - whats better for shedding fat ? aerobics or running on the treadmill? i am sooo unfit at the min so i'm going to have to build up! also any leg exercises? i did some the other night (squats and toe raises) for 5mins and i could barely walk the next day so i'm just wondering how id go about doing cardio if my legs ache that bad aftr toning exercises!
