I Need Help

ok here's the deal. i'm 5'5 and i weight 164 lb. thats not really a healthy weighing zone for someone my age to be in i've been told and i've tried loosing weight soooooooo many times but never succeed cause it's hard since i have no exercise equipment at home not to mention i can never like run around my neighborhood since there's like no space and so what i need is a good diet plan and some good exercises i could do at home. something like jumping jacks and stuff of that nature that doesn't really involve equipment.
 
Can you go to a high school that might have a track? and when it's not being used start walking it...and then maybe pick up a jog and eventually start running...but start with walking and do it often...maybe get yourself a walkman it helps with the bordem.
 
no my highschool is kinda far and the only way i can get there is if my dad takes me. now i've heard that dancing is like a form of exercising but i've been getting tired of that. i've recently been watching this show on cable - tap called SAK fitness (only been watching it for 2 days) and it's like an exercising show for 30 minutes. now if i do it everyday for like a month would that help? i mean it's like a fitness show that yhat like shows exercises like jumping jacks, umm forgot the other things but it's like cardiac stuff so i just been wondering like would that help and what else could i do at home for my chest region?
