I need help

I have been having problems with body fat,
its not that simple.
I am pretty skinny,
my hip bones stick out,
BUT at the back of my hips I have soo much fat!
And I dont understand it,
I run for 2 hours everyday and I am also a competition dancer/instructor.
Every time i lose weight, it leaves my stomach.
But it wont leave at the back of my hips!
Please help.
 
It's actually very simple. Your body is accustomed to your 2 hours (why 2 hours?) of cardio everyday and fat loss comes to a halt. You can't spot reduce either by concentrating on losing weight in the back of your hips. But you can work on body composition by incorporating weight training with your cardio to get the results you are looking for. You must consistantly challenge your body.
