I need help

I am currently 180 and I would love to be a healthy 135. I need support and motivation to begin and stay with a routine!!:rant:
 
It's best to start a Diary on the Diary part of the forum. People will be more likely to see your posts and you can keep your whole journey together on one post. The more you post on other people's diaries to support them, the more they will post on your's to support you.
 
What you are trying to do? be more specific what you want to do to lose this weight?
diet? exercises?
Motivation will come when you create the right mindset for this steps...
It's all up to you!
 
Get a white wash board. You can pick them up for really cheap at the dollar store.

Have the board on the wall and write down some really good quotes that you can find on the internet. Put the board some where you can see it every day in your daily life so that it reminds you of your goals that way you stay motivated. Even watch some videos on how to get motivated and write about it, write how you can stay motivated. Writing journals or even blogs can be very good to keep your mind set of where you want it so you don't get unmotivated.
 
Do what Mystic said, start a diary! It really helps keep you motivated by posting all the going-ons and whatnot. :D
