I'am trying to lose weight and this time i'am committed. I will be joining the military in less that 2 months, and i'am expected to lose at 5 or more pounds. Doesn't sound hard but somehow i cannot seem to lose weight! I've been working out since mid Janurary and lost no weight, I do admit that i was not watching what i ate very closely. But 2 weeks ago I decide to make the change to healthy eating and i've been! but still not weight loss. I work out at least 4 times a week and been eating mostly veggies, fruit and protein shakes, literally thats all i've been eating. I'am getting very disencourage! =(
Can someone please suggest some tips on weight loss. Thanks =)
