Hi everyone....
currently i am training to become a police officer and i have my last fitness test on 27th August!!
The problem is.....i want to make sure my BMI is at the right stage. I am currently a 29.30 on the BMI and you have to be between 20-30!
Is there any tips people could give me with regards to losing weight sensibly.
I currently eat daily, a salad for lunch whilst snacking on grapes and an apple! a light bag of crisps and water water water!!! For dinner will be something to fill me up such as pasta or again another salad and breakfast is a yoghurt!

I am at the gym doing cardio 4-5 times a week and also weight training and have been doing so since feb this year!!
But still no weight loss!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!
