Hello everyone, well since may of 07 I had went from 320 down to around 264 lbs. Then right around Thanksgiving day I started slacking, (yeah I know) I weighed myself daily it's become routine. Yet during the holiday I didn't put on any extra weight. Ok so now this past weekend I gained weight and big time! I am at 272! I gained 8 lbs? I also stopped taking some pills which I had been taking sine May. I am now thinking I need to keep taking pills. Could it be water? I started jogging again this week and have cut down big time on my calories around 1500 daily. I only drink diet drinks and water and have since may. I am getting really down in the dumps about this and I am so scared of gaining everything back and more when I still have so much to lose... I feel like just giving up, but I am trying to stay strong.
