I need help

Well I am 16. I run cross country and I used to play softball. I've also played basketball and soccer. I have a problem because I have big legs. I'm not fat I have muscular legs. I wear a size 7 and bigger in some pants. I'd reallly looovve to be smaller in the legs. It is really depressing that my legs are this large. Could I get some advice to lose the weight quickly?
 
being that you get good activity I would wager its your diet. Could not even be that you need less calories, just cleaner calories. Post your normal days activity and diet.

You can't spot reduce, you just have to lose overall body fat, however could just be your last spot to lose is your legs so a lsight change in your diet could be just the thing you need.
 
could it be that you naturally should have a more muscular build, but the upper body just isn't developed, since all of your activities are so lower body oriented?

as in, maybe your legs just seem big because the upper body isn't as big as it should be?

genetics plays a big part in how you develop...what are your mom and dad's lower body like? specifically at your age?
