Hello. I am new to the forum. I am 14 years old. I am about 5'10 190 lbs. I am getting desperate to lose weight. I would do just about anything to lose weight in my mid section. I am satisfied wit the rest of my body though. I would liek for my abs to become visible again and get my weight to around 150-165. Any advise would be much apreciated from exercises, workout routines, cardio, diets, or nething else that can help me lose weight. Thanx alot to the ppl that help me.
