I need help...

Hi, I'm a new member here. I'm only 16 and I am about 60 pounds overweight :( !!! Every time I've tried to lose weight though, I've ended up sticking to my diet and exercise for a week and then returning to my bad habits of binging and being a couch potato. Obviously, I need help. If anyone out there can give me some advice it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
 
How badly do you want it? Ask yourself that. Thats what I had to decide for myself when I started. Exercise should not be thought of as a chore but rather something fun for yourself. Find some activity that you like and stick to it. Also.. I joined weight watchers and they have a weekly weigh and that is what keeps me moving and on track on days I dont feel in the right mind ( like wanting to give up when the scales dont move). Water Aerobics is a great activity and so MUCH fun! If you have a place close to your house offering it I highly suggest it because its helped me lose 55 pounds.
 
Hello! Keep posting here, start a diary (if you haven't already) and when you feel like your losing your motivation, come here and read some things, look at the before and after photos and try to keep motivated. If you can get into the habit of having healthy food and enough exercise, you can break the ingrained habits of a lifetime. It's not quick, but you can certainly do it.
