I'm sanctifyer's wife
I'm 4'11" tall, I currently weigh 122lbs
My goal is to get to about 110lbs
My current example diet is as follows:
breakfast:
A smoothie with banana, apple, oats, skimmed milk, berries (husband makes it for both of us)
mid morning:
piece of toast with a marg based on olive oil (Olivio).
lunch:
fruit, snack-a-jacks (rice cakes - less than 10% fat
)
light yogurt
sometimes with diet coke
pitta bread (1 or 2) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber..
afternoon:
I work in a daycare, so I just pick at the food the kids are eating
(could be pasta, rice etc)
dinner:
anything really (chicken, pasta, mexican food, homemade indian food), always with veg..
I dont eat fish or many other meats apart from chicken, and very occasionally beef...(more of a vegetarian)
I excercise every morning for 30 mins on a stationary bike, and throughout the day im always walking around and going up and down stairs
I was wondering if I could enhance my weight loss by changing the way I eat rather than my exercise routine...most of my fat is around my tummy and lower back ( I've never been nice and thin around that region
)
I've only lost 2 lbs in 1 month..
Please could you give me some ideas/recommendations
