I love sports but i really cant play them because every time i run just a little i get really tired and my muscles get really stiff. Can anybody tell me what to do?
First, talk to your doctor. If you get worn out after runnin 10 feet or so, there could be a problem. Or you could just not be in shape. Or you could just be weaker than others. I had speed but no hands so I played Cornerback. By the end of my HS days, I'd already lost a step, so I was moved to saftey. 3rd team saftey . Those who can't play, coach
