Hi!! it is not easy and its kind of embarrasing to write this message for me... Im 31 im 6'2 my weight is around 345 lbs, i keep gaining and gaining weight and its affecting every aspect of my life.. im having personal problems with my wife, i dont want to go out to anywhere... i just want to stay home cause i feel bad going out... ive always been a very active person, i played college basketball in the past, i go to the gym at least 2 times a week, normally 3 or 4 plus i play basketball at a high level on sundays... but i just cant do diets, it is too hard for me, i also got to say that i dont eat many sweets, and i dont eat that much, but i have a crazy schedule in my life.... i work at home, im always in front of my pc, and my sleep hours are so unsteady, sometimes i sleep from 5am to 11 other day from 6am to 2 pm, and i barely sleep 2 hours other days, i eat a lot at night, i normally watch movies while i have snacks, nothing sweet just sandwiches and normal stuff, but i do eat a lot at noight... i need some help, this overweight had taken control of everything,,, is this crazy schedule causing the continuos weight gain?? i dont eat as much to be this heavy, and im a fairly active person... there got to be something wrong somewhereall my life is going downhill and i really want to put a definite stop to this... i will really appreciate any help that anyone can give me...
