Hello,
i have been recently trying to lose some weight, i guess its been about 4 months, and i havent seen any results, here are my stats
16 years old
male
5'7
220 lbs (its been about a month since i checked)
Bodyfat - unknown
im looking to lose weight, im not really sure how much, but enough that i wouldnt be fat, so im thinking about 25 pounds. my current diet is usually similar to this. i generally eat a breakfast bar, or i might have a cooked breakfast, but thats generally pretty rare, but when i do it consists of two or three peices of bacon, a scrambled egg, and a piece of toast, my lunch is generally a turkey sandwich, with mustard, and lettuce, sometimes tomatoe. dinner is pretty varied, but usually something along the lines of maybe fajitas, two of them. or steak, i would say maybe 16 oz, and a baked potato, and some green beans.
sorry if that was to much information, but i wanted to be thorough. i have been doing some light weight training, but thats about it. i dont do any sports. so i was wondering what i should do, like i said i havent seen any results, in the first two months i lost about en pounds (provided both scales were acurate) but i havent been able to see anyy difference. any help would be appreciated.
