I need help loosing inches in my waist

Hi ... Im new to this group I hope someone can help. I am 33 mother of 3, 137 lbs 5'7. I have always been extremely thin but in the past 6 months weight has just been sticking and mostly to my stomache. I dont want to loose weight I am happy to finally have some meat on my bones but my stomach needs to definitely loose some inches I use to have a 26" waist it is now 32" Id like to atleast get it to a 29 any suggestions? I do yoga and have started doing sit ups every day. Any suggestions would be great
 
the key to burning fat is to burn more calories than you consume. get a good meal plan in place and keep active. cardio and weight training will add more benefit for you. :)
