I need help dealing with this breakfast issue

Everyone knows how much i worked today, and had the butterfinger bunny all the nutrional info is above if u wanna look at it but anyways..i had that today and now i just found out im going out to easter breakfast with my family and now im screwed and there is like no healthy breakfast things to get at Bobevans?? what should i do tell me what i should get? Or yea if since this is a plan post just go to healthy recipes and u'll see my one post with the nutrional value stuff. Thank you i need all the help i can get for tomorrow morning FAST PLEASE
 
I've resigned to the fact that there are going to be certain situations in which decorum supercedes my diet plan. My recommendation is to do the best you can, and don't let it become a trend.
 
You can still indulge in a moderate way. Best example: birthday cake. Sure, have a piece, but ask for a small piece, and don't eat all the excess frosting. You get to savor that fattening food, without going overboard to the extent you start obsessing about it.
And yes, ask for a small piece, rather than a normal piece that 'I'm only going to eat part of" Its too easy to end up eating the whole thing.

Yes I'm a bit of a food nazi, but it's due to the fact that I KNOW how people act. We are creatures of habit. Changing to a clean diet, then being presented with holiday treats makes it too easy to start slipping right back into bad eating habits. You've got to become master of yourself, and not give into cravings. Food is nothing more than fuel for the body, and you want high octane, not the watered down crap.
 
i'll try today at bobevans i had a westeran omelet no cheese in it but it came with a side order of homefries 2 biscuts and i ate about 1.5 of pancake with very little syrup and no butter on anything. : / i guess i shouldnt have ate that easter bunny thing yesterday. I prlly gained weight today. Im not gonna have a chance to run today becaue i have to work (standing on my feet for 3.5 hours and walking around carrying and washing dishes)
 
Hey as a snack can i have Kashi Go Lean Cereal in a zip lock baggy and just eat that as a snack meal?
FOr example
Meal 1~Breakfast-1 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of skim milk
Meal 2~1 cup of Kashi Go Lean
Meal 3~Lunch a Salad with an apple OR a turkey sanwich with 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread, lettuce and mustard. ALong with an apple and other fruits and maybe some pretzels. *idk about the pretzels you tell me what u think*
Meal 4~Fruit of some kind
Meal 5 Dinner~ Chicken, Fish, Steak, Or porkchop all with fat cut off. I dont know if porkchops are good for you or not are they? Then i'll have maybe a potato with them and some veggies.
Meal 6~Fruit

Hey can you have a boiled potato and rice the same night or is that to many carbs i had this tonight 2 Small Porkchops (fat cut off) 8 Small Salt Potatoes (the kind u get from new york) Around a cup of Beef Rice (i didnt have no wild) A cup of Pea's and not even a half cup of Califlower and no butter was added to anything well maybe 2 tbsp. in the rice but i didnt eat all of the rice ya know so i dont know how much of it i got. Tell me what you think about everything please
