Hello everyone, I'm new here and more than a little frustrated with my weight loss efforts. I' 5'5'' and a 144 lbs and I'd like to lose about 20lbs. I get at least an hour of exercise a day, but I alternate between aerobic, (step/running) weights, and yoga/pilates. I've also been on one of those meal delivery programs for about 6 weeks. The problem is I haven't lost one pound, not one! If fact if you believe that lying scale in the bathroom, I've put on 2lbs. I'm at my wits end! What do I have to do to lose some weight! I already added a serving of 2% milk and another piece of fruit to the meal plan (taking me from 1200-1400to 1400-1600 calories a day), and once a week I let myself have a reasonable cheet, which usually ends up being half a cheeseburger and half an order of fries (not fast food). The plan also has a little chocolate cheat built in daily, so I usually don't feel the need to add in any more. I don't really want to scale back on the working out because it really helps with stress relief. What's it gonna take to get that scale moving!?

You're calories are probably a bit high. You say you're at 14-1600. Most everyone underestimates. Even at 1600 you're at over 11 cals per pound of body weight. I'd drop to 9-10 and see what becomes of it.

If still no luck, you might consider taking a break b/c the problem could be on the opposite end of the spectrum and be associated with too much accumulated stress screwing things up.
