I Need a Good Whackin'!

The Twinny Stick operators are tired of running around the forum looking for people who deserve a good whackin'. :mad: So, if you have messed up, if you have neglected to exercise or watch what you eat, come here and confess. You know you goofed, now get it off your chest!

Yes, you might have to endure a little public humiliation :eek: , but after your whackin' is over, you will feel free to hop back on the Weight Loss Wagon and get back to work shedding those unwanted pounds. :)

As an added bonus, once you have received a good whackin', then you will have the esteemed privilege of administering whacks to your friends who need them. This thread will have a good supply of whacking sticks ready and waiting at all times so that you can give as good as you got. :D

We know that sometimes what you need is a little tough love. We're here for you. Come on. Let it all out. You'll feel better, we'll feel better, and we'll all work a little harder tomorrow.
 
I am so going first, because I so deserve it.

Ok, so over the last 2 weeks I have been very bad. I have ate ice cream, chocolate, cake and cookies all under the misguided impression I could get away with cheating and because of my walking and usual low cal eating habits I thought I wouldn't suffer the consiquences. I ofcourse, was WRONG. The last sinful thing I did was Monday evening, I had 5 chocolates and ice cream. The chocolates themselves where 250 cal for the 5.. and I prob had around 200 cal worth of ice cream. That was just in one night. I had been indulging while at work for the last couple of weeks in both ice cream, chocolate covered pestashios and cheesies regularly. And I lived under the dilusion that I could get away with it too because of my exercise routine.

Lies I say! lies! Now I am behind on my goals, unhappy with myself and even more tempted to binge out of being unhappy. But as of 12:58 am this morning.. I am going into day 3 of being binge free.

Now, please wack me.

I support the Need a Good Whackin' Club and as a show of solidarity, I will wear one of Miz Scarlett's bumper stickers on my bumper... :)

Just keep the screaming in pain down to a minimum please... :)
 
I need a Whackin too. I had Chinese food last night. :eek: Bad bad bad...:mad: I think I need a really big Whackin....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I think the twiny stick might be in my future. Last night after I finished my palm sized portion of steak ..... yeah, I went back and finished the rest of it. ..... That wouldn't be completely horrible except that I also finished another palm sized portion of steak. :confused: Then if that wasn't all I ate 3 peanut butter chocolate rice cakes. My calories for yesterday were around 2100. :(
The only way I can justify it is to say that it's TOM. :(
 
Manaloa, we'll have to call a meeting of the Official Board of Twiny Stick Operators to determine if TOM can be allowed as a mitigating factor in Twiny Stick ruling.

There are no excuses in dieting, only mistakes. If in the event this were a first TOM and the said person was uneducated of TOM, we could only offer a role in Carrie III. TOM is an expected event and all adjustments in dieting need to be planned well in advance.

I don't think I need a whackin right now-- even though I did have a little cheese with lunch. (I can't help it, I love it!)

But what does TOM mean?

I'm a female! I just wasn't sure-- but I understand. :)

I'm one of those nongrumpy, nonchocolate craving females though. But I do sympathize.
 
Manaloa - a TOM binge will definitely get you a whackin', but you can make a correction over the next few days. Average your calories over the week and make sure that your average does not exceed your goal. You might have to cut back a couple of hundred calories, and eat lighter a few days to make the correction, but if you do that your 2100 day won't hurt too much.

Remember your whackin' next month, and eat light all day so you'll have room for your big TOM dinner when the cravings hit. :D
