Hello everyone,
I have joined this forum site today after searching millions of sites trying to find ways to lose weight!
Im 21 and from Bristol in England. I work in an office for a mobile phone company and sat at a desk all day is not helping me wat so ever! Within the last year i have put on nearly 2 stone thats about 25- 30lbs i think. Either way I have never been one to worry about what I was putting in my mouth as I used to be quite active!
I am willing to try anything but im having trouble with my motivation! I used to be a right Tom Boy and even achieved a black belt in Taekwondo in 2003 and i was probably at the peak of my fitness! All that seems a lifetime away now as my dad pushed and pushed me to get to where i was!
However now im older living with my boyfriend i need to find a new motivation and i need to stick to it (which i never seem capable of doing!) I probably dont eat the right things all the time but i dont have take aways every night! I have been a member of my local gym for about 6 months but its not until recently im going 3 or 4 times a week!
Strangely i seem to have put on more weight
I have cut down on calories and I have even tried using Alli the weight loss pill and this worked at first but then stopped
I dont know where to go from here
i thin im a comfort eater?!
All i know is that i say im going to lose weight all the time ...but this time i want to make a dramatic change ...I just need some motivation, time and determination......and some advice please!!
