I Made my First Mini Goal!!

I made my mini goal at the beginning of getting back on track. I said I wanted to weigh 155 by January 31 (A 5ish pound loss from when I started). But last week I had a not so good eating and working out episode and thought no way would I make it. I would have to lose like 2.6 pounds in one week and I didn't think that was possible.
So I changed my goal to 155 by Feb 5 so I would have 2 weeks to lose the weight.
Well I stepped on the scale this morning hoping for a one pound loss to bring me from 157.6 to 156.6. Instead I see 154! I double checked it and 154 came up again!

That's a 3.6 pound loss in one week!!!!

I am so happy and excited!
I then promptly dragged my butt to the gym this morning for my 4th workout of the week.
Just wanted to brag a bit, thanks for reading!
 
That's really awesome. Congrats. You gotta love it when the number of lbs lost is higher than expected.
