i lost 10 ib's in 2 weeks...

so, im 5'8", nd i wuz goin good at 180, and then all of a sudden i stopped taken care of myself and i hit 200 ib's. and im like, wow, so for the past 2 weeks, ive been running 10 miles, 5 in the day, and 5 in the night. and now i lost 10 ib's, and i hear everywhere that losing more that 1 or 2 ib's a week is not healthy... so.. should i stop?
 
umm i dno, i reduced it tho, not like to the point of anerexia, but im eating more fruits and vegetables, and eating small amounts of food many times thru out the day
 
should i like.. calm down wid ma work out? cuz i feel fine nd healthy right now... but i dno.. if its not safe i i wnna stop
 
You should probably calculate the number of calories you're consuming and make sure that you're getting enough. Trying posing the question in the hard truth forum.. one of the professionals there would be able to give you a better indication of what you should be doing if you give them your stats (age, weight, height etc)

Also, it might be because you've changed your habits so drastically, 5 lbs per week wouldn't be healthy if it continued but the first 2 weeks are probably fine. You'll notice a decrease in how much you lose after a while anyway.
 
how do you find the time to run 10 miles a day? do you wake up early at 5? how long does each running session take?
 
ummm, i run on da treadmil if its cold out... nd i run at a speed of 8.6 mph, so im usually done wid 5 miles in around a lil bit more than 30 minutes
