I lose more weight the more I eat?

Hi everyone, I've been keeping a food and exercise journal for the past couple months and I lost weight as expected until a couple weeks ago. I cycle my calories so I net at 700 and 1000 on alternate days (I know that sounds low but unless I'm at the gym I pretty much just sit at home in front of the computer because I do graphic design stuff to earn money in my spare time, plus I only weigh about 55kg/120lb). In the past couple weeks I've found that I actually PUT ON a few hundred grams on days I net at 600-700, and then after a 1000 calorie day I'll have lost what I put on the day before, AND an extra 100 or so grams. I don't eat different foods or work out any more or less on my 1000 days. In fact yesterday was my "cheat" day and I ate a whole pizza (I know...) and today I'm at my lowest weight of the year. Does this happen to everyone else? And why does it happen?
