but I need some help finding exercises that will work my tummy that I can actually DO. I am pretty out of shape, and I have found that I can't do satisfactory sit ups or crunches. My stomach area is really out of shape, and I can't even barely do a sit up. I would really like to know if there are some easy exercises that I can do so I can work up to real exercises.
To move to a different part of the body:I'm learning to do push ups, but right now I can only do the knee push ups. I don't have any weights, but I should probably get some.
