Hi, I'm a middle aged fat white guy whose idea of exercise is circling the parking lot in my Dodge Pickup while the little woman picks meup some pork rinds in the Wal-Mart so I have something to go with my usual 12 pack of Bud Light I use to help me enjoy watching NASCAR on Fox.
I don't really know much about physiology or have any research skills, much less have any personal experience in aerobic, resistance, or flexibility training.
