i am thrilled that i finally joined all of you supporting group.
i am in my mid 40 weighing 92kg and would like to loose about 10kg before Christmas. i have been on a 3 days a week tuna diet and have lost 2kg for the past 6 weeks. i have last exercised 4years ago and would like to start so that i can fast track the weight loss. i have read and learnt from this site that i need to workout to see my goal. please advise how to start without hurting myself, which workout program will suit someone like me? should i continue with my tuna diet while working out or should just follow a healthy diet?
