Hi, I'm new here and would love to get any advice or encouragement or inspiration from others that are going through the 'battle of the bulge'. I use to weigh 365 pounds. I started losing weight in November 2007 and have lost 113 pounds so far with excersize and eating right. I have been losing about 3 pounds a week, but last week i have been stuck at 252 and the scale wont budge. It is very frustrating, because i have not cheated or stopped excersizing. And another problem i am facing is the dreaded loose skin issues. I have been working so hard to try and loose all this weight, and i dont wont to end up looking worse than i started out. I hope to get any feedback on these issues....thanx soooo much!!!
