Today is day two on my eating better plan.

I started on Sunday because I always start on Mondays and then end up quitting by around Thursday. Then I go through the long weekends eating whatever I want telling myself it's ok because I'm going to start again on Monday.

Since May of 2000 Monday never really happened with my so called good intentions.
My Husband & I did the Bill Phillips Body For life plan- I started it off with him taking a picture of me in my swim suit I weighed at that time 123 lbs, which was too much for me. When the 12 week challenge was over I got down to 107 lbs and I looked great!! It was such an accomplishment, husband lost too and we did it together.

I never cheated even one day on that diet plan- I exercised, was consistent with eating the six small meals and found myself never hungry.

That was over five yrs ago- I have tried several times to start back up but always fail by Thursday. I'm just not as strong as I used to be.

I now weigh"this is hard to write" but 128 lbs. My goal is to get down to 115. I'm 42.

I know I can do it, I've done it before. I will just need a lot more motivation this time and I'm not getting any younger!
 
Motivation is here for you! People here are really helpful, so just post if you have a question :)
