I hurt everywhere :(

Hi, I love going to the gym I go about 4-5 times a week but I cant do a weight session without being extremely sore for like 5 days afterwards. I dont understand why I have so bad pulled muscles after weight training, why wont my muscles get use to it?
 
a) your muscles aren't 'pulled'

b) what are you doing in the gym?

c) how long have you been lifting consistently?
