I was here back the spring of 2006 and then drifted away. I had lost a bunch of weight back then but I have gained about 60% of it back. I was at 260 at my heaviest. Now it's time to try again.
I believe in "eat less/exercise more" and so far it has served me well. I am trying to eat around 2000 calories per day. I have been walking anywhere from 30 to 40 miles per week on top of that and it seems to be working pretty well.
