Hello all, i am a male, my height is 5,11, and my weight is 195, i am pretty normal i would say, i train so it holds up together good i guess, but i could lose a good 20 pounds to look my best. A few months ago i started gaining weight due to lack of exercise and depression. i went from 165 to 205. Ive lost a good 10 pounds in the last 2 months, but now i wish to see more results , i think my biggest problem is my sleeping habits wich are really unbalanced, wich makes me even more hungry. Im sure that if i can get a healthier and more balanced sleeping routine the energy and weight will follow.
So, 20 more lbs to shed,
Of course, losing weight is never temporary and must consist of a lifestyle that remains permanent, so changing the habits (more controlled sleep, more exercise, better food intake) would be much more long term effective than changing the calories. Plus, the calories will diminish as i get more regular meal troughout the day instead of just barging in the fridge whenever im bored at 2 of the morning
